'Re-Fresher' Sessions in January 2023 - Raiders Rugby

We are excited to offer the opportunity for players to ‘re-fresh’ their core rugby skills in the early new year with QUB Rugby

Starting 13th January these sessions will be led by Rugby Development Officer David Chambers and will cover fundamental areas such as Tackle Tech, Handling , General Shape and Breakdown down skills. The aim is that these session will give players the confidence to get involved with upcoming QUB Raiders Fixtures in 2023.
